A place to feel seen

Welcome

As a parent, animal lover, second careerist, and soul who values connection, laughter, and genuine empathy, I am an optimist who believes in opportunity and connection for everyone.

The work I do is far from average. I am an evidence-based practitioner who is not just informed by the science of helping but who works at the level of human connection. We are social beings who need others to confide in, feel seen by, and be appreciated, all within a safe environment.

Let’s find a way to work together.

I hope to hear from you soon.

How I got here …

I faced a pivotal decision: remain on a corporate career path or follow something that felt more meaningful.

I chose the latter — and it was challenging but so rewarding.

Taking that leap reminded me of the profound power of this work and something I carry into every session.

When I sit with you, I bring all of myself: my life experiences, clinical skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to see you reach your goals. What makes my approach different is perspective. It is unique, eclectic, direct, and something I find deep joy in sharing with each person I work with.
