How I help
Human beings are wired to be in connection with one another, but when that connection gets disrupted, we can experience all kinds of symptoms.
The way I help my couples is by first creating a safe therapeutic relationship, one where you both feel supported in being heard. Studies have indicated that the most successful therapies are the result of the therapeutic relationship, and when people have secure attachments with each other, symptoms reduce dramatically.
I use Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment science, and mindfulness to help you rebuild your relationship on a foundation of trust, safety, and deep appreciation for each other.
