You are longing to feel more like yourself, but it seems like you can’t quite find your footing. You want to work with someone who gets it, who isn’t going to just sit back and nod, but who can be actively with you, supporting your goals and helping you find your inner guide.
The way I work with my client is through mutual collaboration, consent (I will always be checking in on how you’re feeling as we’re working), and generating a safe space where all of what you feel and need can be expressed and held with care.
Being an adult in this world can be tricky: We’re trying to navigate our careers, family life, relationships, personal goals, and so much more. It’s not uncommon to feel a lot of stress, doubt, and confusion about who you are and what it is that lights your soul up.
The work we’ll be doing together will be about helping you feel more like your most authentic self, while gently working through any internal obstacles that disconnect you from who you are.
