Rates and Insurance
Free Consultation:
To help us explore if working together is a good fit for your counseling, I offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone. This will give you a chance to ask any questions you have to find out if I am the best fit to help your needs.
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to make an appointment, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment or you will be charged the full fee for a session. If you have to cancel a Monday appointment, you will need to reach out to me by Friday. I make exceptions to this for sudden physical illness or an unanticipated circumstance that could reasonably be considered an emergency.
Fees/Payment:
Individual counseling session (50 minutes, unless we have pre-arranged otherwise): $150.
Couples counseling session (50 minutes, unless pre-arranged otherwise):$200
Emergency session (30+ mins): $200
I accept major credit cards, PayPal/Venmo, and most HSA/FSA cards. It is policy that an active card is kept on file. After a session, I will not charge the card on file if you prefer to pay via another method (PayPal or Venmo). If you do not attend the appointment or cancel late, I will charge the card on file for the full session fee.
Insurance:
I am an out-of-network provider, and for those who wish to receive reimbursement, I can provide you with the proper paperwork/receipt of service so you can bill your insurance company. It is a good idea to check with your provider about out-of-network outpatient mental/behavioral health coverage before we begin working together. I can provide a Superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. What is a Superbill? A Superbill is a document for insurance companies that details the services a therapist or health care provider performs for a client when out of network (OON).
Location of Services:
I offer in-person sessions in Seattle, WA, and telehealth sessions to Washington state residents. I am a Washington state licensed mental health counselor associate (LMHCA); my license number is MC61446369.
